By that I mean that there is an account for which the username and password are PMed to all members for use in advancing story lines or solo plots as necessary. In this way awkward mid-post shifts in perspective are avoided, as are huge blocks of text as people try to cram an NPC's actions into their own posts.
I would like to stay away from a general NPC subaccount to give writers their due credit. However, if there is a reoccurring NPC, the Plot Council can consider this. - Quote :
- Secondly is sub-accounts for profiles. This is so amazing i'm not sure how i have ever survived without it before. Linking accounts through the profiles so that they can be switched with a drop down menu is maybe a bit complicated to start up, but once it's in place it is a god send, particularly if you have multiple characters and or ic/occ accounts that you want to post with separately.
As announced previously, subaccounts are not possible on forumotion. However, you all know my absolute love for them. They are already active on the new board for when we move. --Thanks for your suggestions! | |
